I have 24 years experience as a baker and have seen many changes in the bakery industry. With small bakeries closing down, as the big supermarkets opening up everywhere. Sadly now we have very little craft bakeries left, so no real bread.
I went to see a few small bakeries that were for sale almost 20 years ago but for family reasons this was not to be and decided to forget the idea. My hobby with photography grew over the years. Taking Wedding photographs on Saturdays, and having a Portrait Studio at home.williamsphotography.co.uk . I also have undertaken a course.studying full time in Llandrillo College as a Chef. This was an excellent course, and I learnt so much about food. Even though as much as I love cooking, my passion still lies in baking artisan breads.
The feedback and the support I have received has been excellent, and has encouraged me to open a bakery after waiting nearly 20 years ( I think I have been patient enough).
